THREE BIOMASS FEEDSTOCK & OFFTAKE AGREEMENTS SIGNED


Chairman Derrick Comfort and Noubikko Undulay, Chairman of GTSphera, Inc., signed Biomass Feedstock Agreements for three sites in the Philippines. Over 5,000 hectares (12,522 acres) of Acacia Mangium and Napier Grass (pictured above) will supply the Lockheed Martin BioEnergy Plant for the Municipality of Capas and Clark Green City region, north of Manila.

On central Negros Island, 6,000 hectares of Napier Grass will supply the Cebu region Lockheed Martin BioEnergy Plant. A third 11,000 hectares (27,182 acres) site of Acacia Mangium Plantation and Napier Grass was also signed for additional contracts.

A joint venture was also initiated between Black Gold Biocorp, Inc. and GTSphera, Inc. for the biomass and biochar business venture. Offtake agreements for biomass, biochar, and activated carbon market provide up to 9 times the revenue of electricity sales.
