NATIONAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMISSION ENDORSES TECHNOLOGY

Eligio T. Ildefonso, Executive Director of the National Solid Waste Management Commission, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), has been working with the New Commercial Energy team since 2016.

In March 2017, the national government advised over 200 city mayors to make plans to adopt waste-to-energy systems to handle their municipal waste to reduce the pressure on landfills and pollution. Director Ildefonso fully supports our bioenergy technology to transform municipal waste into sustainable base load electricity without incineration.
