ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK & WORLD BANK SUPPORT ENERGY PROJECTS

​Derrick Comfort, Chairman of New Commercial Energy, and Woochong Um, Secretary of the Asian Development Bank meet in the Office of the Secretary at ADB Headquarters in Manila. Secretary Um's enthusiastic support of our technology and offer to promote our proposals throughout Asia will go far in addressing the region's demands.

The World Bank in Washington, D.C. has endorsed our technology leadership and offered 30% syndication for our Philippine and Ghana projects. This enhances previous support offers from Barclays Bank, Absa Capital, African Finance Corporation, and AFREXIMBANK for Africa.
